Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. You would be staying at the crossroad between all the major Belgian cities such as Antwerp, Brussels, Ostend, Bruges and of course Ghent. All three bedrooms have the possibility to convert the single beds to a double bed with the use of topper mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Bij zonnig weer genieten jullie vanop een eigen terras van de Brakelse natuur. Aan comfort en snufjes geen gebrek. Een eigen keuken, ruime badkamer, wifi, usb laadpunten, Smart TV met digibox, Internetradio, spelconsole, bordspellen, boeken, strips,... Fietsen of motoren kennen hun eigen veilig stekje in de garage.

Grote bezienswaardigheden, zoals het Gravensteen en de Sint-Michielsbrug zijn op amper 5 minuten wandelen. De pooltafel, de ligging en het gezellige terras zijn grote voordelen aan deze plek. Hier kan je even de rust opzoeken voor je het hartje van Gent intrekt. Er is een gratis garage ter beschikking, een fiets en Netflix.

Dit historisch waardevol boerderijtje met rieten dak, in het gehucht Korsele in het hart van de Vlaamse Ardennen, vormt de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor heerlijke wandelingen en om van de cultuur te genieten in Gent en Oudenaarde. Koken kan op een AGA. In de zomer kan je zitten in de tuin. Een druivelaar siert de schuur en geeft schaduw aan het terras. Het is er heerlijk wakker worden bij het loeien van de koeien. Er is plaats voor 3-5 gasten. Prijs op aanvraag.

Les gares Lille Flandres et Lille Europe sont à deux stations. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes en métro. Le studio est entièrement privé et possède un accès privatif via portail sécurisé. La hauteur du plafond est à 2m10. Si vous venez en voiture il y a des places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue.

De sunny green is een tiny house gelegen in een rustige buitenbuurt van Gent. (4 kilometer van het stadscentrum!) Inchecken op zaterdag en zondag om 15:00 Inchecken van maandag -vrijdag vanaf 18:00. uitchecken om 12:00 de volgende dag. De dag van inchecken kan u al gebruik maken van onze parking, fietsen en bagage-drop vanaf 12:00h. zaterdag & zondag inchecken : 15:00 uitchecken om 11:00h
