Vivez aux couleurs de l'été dans une maison avec terrasse à deux pas de la plage

Nous avons entièrement rénovée cette jolie maison typique d'Arcachon. Nous adorons nous poser dans les jolis fauteuils de sa terrasse arborée, puis partir pour une balade à pieds sur la plage que l'on rejoint en seulement 3 minutes à pieds. On peut aussi rejoindre à pieds le marché ainsi que le coeur de la ville. La maison (90m2) se compose d'un rez de chaussée et d'un étage. Il y a 3 pièces à chaque niveau. Au rez de chaussée, la cuisine, un salon , une chambre et un WC indépendant. A l'étage, deux chambres séparées par un salon/coin télé. Deux chambres disposent d'une douche, d'un lavabo et de WC. L'autre dispose d'une douche et lavabo. L'étage se rejoint soit par un escalier intérieur soit par un escalier extérieur. Au rez de chaussée chacune des pièces s'ouvrent sur la terrasse de 80m2. La très agréable terrasse est aménagée et propose un petit coin cuisine avec évier et plancha. Pour votre arrivée soit une personne vous accueillera, soit vous pourrez récupérer les clés dans le coffre à clés. Je vous préciserai les modalités avant votre arrivée . Je reste en contact permanent avec mes voyageurs a.vant et pendant la durée de leur séjour La maison se situe à quelques pas du cœur d'Arcachon et tout près de la plage facilement accessible à pied. Le quartier est résidentiel et calme, mais dispose de commerces de proximité permettant de faire ses courses. Vous pourrez venir en taxi de la gare ou aussi à pieds.
