A wonderfully restored stone farmhouse with a beautiful swimming pool set in tranquil gardens, with incredible views across the surrounding countryside. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Living room with open fireplace. Outside there is a private garden with lots of garden furniture for alfresco dining. Pérard is 6 Kms from the pretty medieval village of Caylus and only 15 kms from Saint Antonin Noble Val.

Les Fours at Canel

In 2014 we built this modern apartment in the west wing of an old chateau/fortified farm. It is a comfortable, spacious, ground floor apartment for 4 persons and it is wheelchair accessible. From the terrace you have fantastic views on Tournon d'Agenais - 3.5km away - and to the church of Thézac - 1km away. Thick walls keep the house cool even in the middle of summer, good sleeping guaranteed.
