Located in the New Marigny neighborhood just 6 blocks away from the French Quarter. Hop on the new Rampart St Streetcar line and go to the CBD or Garden District, catch a 5 minute cab ride to the famous Frenchman Street, or just walk to the Quarter. This is a 100-year old charming New Orleans home with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Spacious back yard with benches and chairs will help you to relax after long days exploring our beautiful city. Enjoy!

Beautifully renovated 1870's creole cottage in fantastic location, ideally located 3 blocks from the French Quarter and 2 blocks from Frenchmen Street in the funky and desirable Faubourg Marigny. Close to the action yet quiet and private. City limits occupancy to 10 guests but space is easily large enough for more, with 3 full baths and plenty of room. Enjoy the big backyard with yard games and a grill. The N Rampart Streetcar line takes you door-to-door from the house to the Superdome.

Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a pool table room with balcony access overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Smart TVs with cable.
