Linden Farm House 5* Lakeside Cottage.

This contemporary luxury cottage sits in 10 acres of private gardens, woodland, lake and even a tennis court. With views to the gardens, the lake and the Pennine fells to the rear this is a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing, wildlife watching, walking and cycling. The local Inn serves great food and historic Penrith with restaurants and shopping is a short drive away. A truly amazing location with the lake district nearby. Moorside.Cosy country hideaway in pretty village.

A lovely purpose built annexe, with fitted kitchen to include washing machine,dishwasher,refridgerator,oven/hob and microwave.Lounge has TV with dvd,books and games,wi-fi,sofa-bed and French doors to garden with garden chairs/table and BBQ.The bedroom has a superking sized bed that can be unzipped and unlinked to make two singles if required and built-in wardrobes.Bathroom has shower over bath with basin and W.C.The property has underfloor heating and secure outside storage for bicycles etc.

Peaceful cottage, Lake District

Lovely one-bedroom cottage in Cumbria, located in Melmerby within the beautiful Eden Valley and 20 minutes from the Lake District. The property is a barn conversion with oak beams. Perfect for small families, couples, friends, and individuals. A perfect dog friendly home. In the village there is the Shepard’s Inn pub, where you can go for nice meals and drinks, and the award-winning Village Bakery. The local shop you can find close by in Langwathby. The nearest towns are Alston and Penrith.

Cheerful cottage convenient to the Lake District

Cobbler’s Cottage is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break whilst exploring the Lake District and all that Cumbria has to offer. This modern, comfortable and well equipped one bedroom cottage has free parking and is located close to the M6. It is in an ideal location with some of the Lake’s most iconic places such as Ullswater, Helvellyn and Blencathra only a short drive away. Greystoke has a shop/post office, outdoor pool and the excellent Boot and Shoe pub is around the corner.

Situated in the beautiful Eden Valley which lies between the Lake District and the Northern Pennines, we have converted an 17th Century barn into a modern chic, cosy, private one-bedroom apartment perfect for a luxurious getaway to this beautiful corner of the UK. The spacious apartment has a king-sized bed, one bathroom with a walk-in shower and an open plan kitchen and living room. There is WiFi, a TV and DVD player. The Old Coach House, Eden Valley & Lake District

The Old Coach House is a wonderful place to stay and is fully centrally heated and provides all the luxuries and home comforts from a modern renovation. The conversion has ensured that as much of the original fixtures are retained. The stylish decor and furnishing provide a comfortable, airy and homely atmosphere, yet the coach house retains its rustic character with exposed oak beams. The lounge is situated on the first floor to provide the clearest views of the amazing surroundings.

After a day exploring the beautiful countryside on your doorstep, watch the sunset from this lovely little cottage for two, newly converted from the byre and loft of a traditional sandstone barn. Peaceful and self-contained, but just across the courtyard from our Victorian farmhouse, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a well-equipped kitchen and wifi.
