There is a quaint combo food-prep/sitting room with a fold-out queen couch. The shared property has a fishing pier over the water with large fishing lights.

It is less than a mile from the beach, the cruise port, and the historic East End downtown and just steps from cafe staples such as the Sunflower Bakery.
