We absolutely love Ellen’s place! It was perfect for what we needed for my daughter’s graduation weekend! It was super clean, very well equipped and ample spaces! The kitchen has everything you can think of, it is large and very comfortable for fixing breakfast or a nice family dinner. Ellen welcomed us with few details related to my daughter’s graduation, very thoughtful! The three rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious and have all the amenities needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We walked around. There are nice restaurants and coffee shops only 3 minutes walk. It was home away from home! We certainly recommend Ellen’s place! From reservations to check-out all went smoothly and communicating with her is easy!

I had a fantastic stay at Carmencita’s place! Communication was excellent from the very beginning - clear, quick, and always helpful. Carmencita is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Claudia was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for the area. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions but still quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated the small personal touches that made the stay feel special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks Glani for a great stay! The home was lovely, well located to downtown Gainesville. The laundry room and kitchen were very handy. Everything was clean. We really appreciate the wide selection of books including children's books. Moreover, Glani is a very responsive and helpful host. We'd be happy to stay again!

This home was perfect us. We were visiting UF for an event and the location was great. It was easy to find and a nice neighborhood. People waved as we drove in. The house was just as described.

Fantastic accommodation! Modern, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. Large and spacious house in a quiet residential area, close to a grocery store, plenty of space, one very large bedroom plus two standard-sized ones. Worth every penny!

Cozy little home on the outskirts of Gainesville- close enough to be at the campus in just a few minutes but far enough to escape the traffic and be immersed in a nice country vibe. Pizza place a few minutes away was perfect for a late dinner. I’ll most likely rebook next time I visit my UF student.

Clean and quiet place!

Really great location. Easy to get to WEC, HITS, Golden Ocala etc. Owner is very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Townhome is as represented. We had a great stay.

The house was great, definitely had a "homey" feel to it. Enough amenities and supplies for a longer stay (we were there for 2 weeks). It was nice to have the sun porch out back as a separate living space. We never did make use of the fire pit, but the patio looked like a nice, relaxing spot! The location is great, off the beaten path but close to the main drag and downtown so lots of options nearby.

Such a great place and near everything we needed. It is well stocked with the basic essentials and even had basic spices that would be needed for cooking. Lots of cleaning material if needed. Very well thought out and considerate.

This is a nicely decorated two-story townhome that was in a great location relative to getting around Gainesville. The owners are great with responding to questions and very friendly.

Tyler and Amie made my stay incredibly welcoming. The townhome truly felt like home—newly remodeled, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable! We had a nice stay at Milenni’s place. The place is cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay!

This place is so cute. It’s historic but very well updated. Everything was clean and fresh and the yard was beautiful with the flowers blooming. Beds were really comfortable. There were 3 couples and three nice size bedrooms but only one had a TV. That was the only downside at bedtime. We will hopefully be back next year and would stay again.

The images provide a perfect view of what is being offered. It is quaint as described. A comfortable place to stay and sleep while you are otherwise out and about during the day. Sham's communication and response to inquiries was excellent. Thank you!
