Had an excellent stay. Beautiful home and location and we loved the fenced in yard and other amenities. The large soaking bathtub was wonderful and a surprise. I will definitely look at booking here again!

Comfortable and clean. Nice large private living room with comfortable recliners and large TV. Shared kitchen in home with a nice gentleman and his friendly dog. Lovely view of the lake with a variety of water birds. Very nice community center a block away.

Had an excellent 3-night stay at Candis’ and John’s place. They’re friendly, goodhearted, engaging hosts who go out of their way to help a guest feel comfortable and at home. The bedroom, with private bath, is spacious, super-clean, and nicely furnished. Extremely comfortable bed, nice temp control day and night, dedicated fridge space, full kitchen privileges, in-room TV with cable, and very reliable internet connection. But of all the perks included, what I loved best was the patio out back—lakefront view, beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. Definitely a 5-star stay—highly recommended.

I have stayed at Will's before and as usual, it is in an excellent location to WEC and HITS- love the backyard for my dog and the comfortable feeling. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

Ilona will make sure that you feel as if you were home. She will serve you coffee/tea and breakfast in the mornings. Bathroom and bedroom were pristine. Thank you Ilona. 100% recommended.

We just finished a return stay. Extremely pleased. The fruit and sweet treats truly are a welcome home feel. Definitely will revisit, if available. Our son enjoys the natural environment. He has enjoyed learning about gardening and game care.

Wow! Wish we could rate this SIX stars. One of the best Airbnb‘s we have been in! Karen and Adam have thought of everything extremely extremely well thought out amenities. We don’t have pets but they even had a doggy bed available and toys for children and books and toiletries beyond. A full-size first aid kit extra toothbrushes and toothpaste even face wash. This was one of the best experiences at an Airbnb. The bed was super comfortable there were plenty of extra linens and pillows and towels. Just super super comfortable felt right at home. It was a micro home. Great attention to detail! They were very attentive and flexible with our check out and easy to communicate with : extremely responsive. Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back in the future visits to Gainesville

I was looking for a place to stay on the east side of Gainesville and Shana’s place was perfect. Shana is so welcoming and the accommodations were clean, quiet, and uncomplicated. Much gratitude!

Location is great for visiting UF campus. The apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. Large washer and large dryer in unit were very great. Samantha was quick to respond to my communications. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

Great place that is close to campus and the hospital. The place was clean and was extremely easy to check in and check out.

We enjoyed a 1 night stay in the Honeymoon Cottage on our honeymoon. It was so cute and the lighting outside was picturesque at night! The breakfast was delicious too!

I've stayed in a lot of AirB&B's. Sweetwater Branch is the one place that I would call a 'destination'. The grounds, rooms, attention to detail, the location and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend staying there.
