It has two rooms, a living room and bedroom + kitchen + 1 full bathroom and second toilet and sink. There is panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and seashore. The building faces the magnificent Herzelia marina. The apartment building is located above the Arena shopping mall with cinemas, cafes, restaurants, fashion shops plus many more shops such as a pharmacy There is a fully equipped gym with wet and dry sauna In the building and a swimming pool that is open April through November. הבקתה ממוקמת בחצר הענקית שלנו בשכונת רמת פולג הפסטורלית. השכונה ממוקמת במרחק הליכה של 15 דקות מחוף פולג ומקניון עיר ימים. החצר משותפת לוילה, אבל ישנה פרטיות לאורחי הבקתה. הכניסה לחצר דרך מעבר חיצוני, ללא תלות בוילה. גודל הבקתה 15 מ"ר. שימו לב! חדר הרחצה והשירותים הם חיצוניים ונמצאים בנפרד מהבקתה ובצמוד לה. חדר הרחצה והשירותים הינם פרטיים לשימוש אורחי הבקתה, אך כדי להשתמש בהם צריך לצאת מהבקתה ולהכנס לחדר הרחצה. הבקתה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך בכדי לשהות, ליהנות, לנפוש או לעבוד :)
