As a guest you may use the infrastructure and the wellness area of the Belle Epoque Hotel Victoria free of charge. The hotel is closed from approx. 20 March to approx. 15 May and from approx. 15 October to approx. 20 December. During this time, the infrastructure of the hotel is not available to you.

Please note that there are no doors separating the upper and the lower level. The suite can only be reached via stairs.
