RV on a Hobby Farm

A retreat from the hustle of the city, we are 10 miles from downtown Greeley, 40 miles from downtown Denver. The trailer is on the corner of a hobby farm where you will have privacy, but access to residents if you need them. Enjoy watching chickens and farm fresh eggs are yours to enjoy each morning. Soak in views of cornfields to the north and epic mountain views beyond the alfalfa fields to the west. Relax in the outdoor hammock. Kick back in one of two rocking chairs with coffee and a book.

Our Country Cube offers a quiet space to kick back by the fire, relax in the hammock, or play some cornhole while you watch the sunset. The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.

Our beautiful home offers one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The room also has a fully stocked kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, hot plate, Keurig, utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, coffee, cream and sugar. There's a very comfortable queen bed, two gentlemen dressers, a desk and chair, and 55 inch smart TV. You will have a separate entrance and enter through the front door. It's a completely private space with no shared spaces.

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
