If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

The cottage has an enclosed front and rear garden plus off street parking. Within short walking distance are Dimbola Tea Room, The Piano Cafe, Farringford House, The Albion, the bus bar and a visiting pizza van in the summer.

Little Lantern

Little Lantern is a self contained annexe attached to our pretty cob cottage. It has its own entrance and sleeps two people in the Bedroom's double bed. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen and small sitting room with views over open fields. The cosy bedroom has a very comfortable brass bed and leads to a lovely shower room with wash basin and loo.
