This house is gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with amenities. The beds were super comfortable, and the huge deck overlooking the mountains was a dream spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The entire space was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

A really special home for a larger group! Right on the river and close to everything!

The host was fantastic - very responsive and easy to contact. The condo was exactly what we were looking for for a couple families to fit into. There was everything we needed.

We had a fantastic week in April 2025. The river at the house had excellent fishing and at various times we had fast action with nymphs, dries, and streamers right around the house. There is also plenty of public access within a short drive at AHRA access points. These were also generally very productive. The house was very nice. We did not really take full advantage of some of the amenities like the hot tub since we were busy fishing but the house was comfortable and clean.

This house was beautiful! Our pup loved the fenced in yard. Everything was very cozy and very clean. The historic architecture was amazing. Only thing to keep in mind is the house is pretty cold in winter months. Turning up thermostats didn't work. I'm sure it's to be expected with an old house. Host has thoughtfully provided a space heater in every room. But I would still recommend bringing warm lounge wear and slippers. Overall everything about the home was perfect and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay the view there is beautiful and the hot tub under the night sky was amazing. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and orderly. If you're looking for a romantic weekend or a peaceful get away this is the place to be

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this house is by far my favorite. Photos simply can not do the views justice. Every time we walked into the living room/kitchen area, the 180* dramatic mountain views took our breath away. The kitchen is such a great gathering place and has all of the amenities you could possibly need and the living room providing a great space for relaxing and conversing. The front deck is the most ideal location to eat breakfast, while watching wildlife walk past. Sitting in the hot tub while looking out over the dramatic Collegiate Peaks felt like you are sitting on a movie set. The bedrooms were spacious and having 3.5 bathrooms was a great feature for our group. The check in and check out instructions were clear, concise and not burdensome and the hosts were very responsive, even suggesting great local hiking trails. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had an awesome time at Reed's cabin! We were traveling with our dogs, and we found the space to be perfect for a peaceful getaway from city life! There was plenty of room for the dogs to explore without us having to worry about bothering any neighbors and they definitely enjoyed thier stay as well! The cabin was cozy and clean, and in a convention location to take advantage of the areas local attractions. Reed was a great host and was very helpful and responded quickly. Overall, it was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Reed!

Beautiful place inside and outside. Lots to look at and very relaxing. Be aware of a dirt drive uphill. The road is well packed down but would have been harder in a smaller car. But if you are looking to have quiet and away from the busy area this is where to go!

The cleanest, and most furnished short-term rental we have ever stayed in. From the all natural and local soaps, to all the office supplies you could ask for if you needed to work. Beds and couches were 10/10 comfort. They thought of every big and small detail. We will be back!
