Get away from it all in our lovely, spacious home with its new kitchen, in Eaton Center, just 5 minutes to Crystal Lake and the Eaton Village store/cafe, and 15 min to the shops and restaurants in North Conway. Our place is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, couples, chefs, and families. Our two floor home with two living areas is great for privacy and working remotely. Enjoy skiing at local peaks, hiking beautiful trails, warming in front of our fireplace or shopping in town. We are owner-operated

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Our Mountain Retreat – Lake Ossipee Access

Spacious 5 bedroom home with convenient lake access, just a short walk or 5-minute drive to beautiful Lake Ossipee. Enjoy easy proximity to King Pine Ski Area and a quick 25-minute drive to Conway, where you'll find outlet shopping, scenic hiking trails, and a variety of restaurants. This property features a large yard with a fire pit, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The master bedroom includes a private deck—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night.

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.
