Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Velindrettet lyst sommerhus, beliggende på naturgrund i "Asserbo Plantage", med 2 km gennem plantagen til god badestrand. Huset er indrettet med lys stue med store ovenlysvinduer i åben forbindelse med køkkenet. Nyrenoveret toilet med bruser. Tre soveværelser. Enkeltsenge (90cm brede) i alle værelser, fordelt med to, to og en. I haven er der et shelter. Der er to træterrasser - en overdækket, sydvendt og en østvendt. I juni, juli og august udlejes kun på ugebasis fra lørdag til lørdag.

I skovens stille dybe ro... her ligger det lille fine sommerhus med en stor skøn træterrasse på en skøn naturgrund. Her er vi tilbage til den autentiske sommerhusidyl. I kan gå mange skønne ture i området og komme ned til Arresø. En kort køretur og så er i ved Liseleje og Tisvilde. I kan også cykle genvej gennem skoven evt. til nogle mindre besøgte strande, eller cykle på de gode mountainbike stier. Tæt ved er der indkøb med morgenbrød og dagligvarer, og bla. den lækre restaurant Tinggården.

The house spans 50 m2 and features an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living area and kitchen, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. Includes annex with double bed. Accommodates 4 guests.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Området ligger op til Tisvilde Hegn og alle grunde er på mindst 3000 kvm. hvilket sikrer, at man er ugeneret af naboer og føler man bor i skoven. God mulighed for leg og boldspil i haven. Huset er velisoleret og hyggeligt om vinteren. Der er 2 km. til stranden, som man kommer til ved at cykle/gå gennem Tisvilde Hegn. Det er børnevenlig sandstrand med masser af klitter. Stor god købmand 1 km fra huset.

Cosy summer cabin - for the relaxing vacation!

Our house is a cosy, classic wooden Danish summerhouse built in 1960 and thoroughly renovated in 2019. New windows have opened up the house and give a great outlook to the garden, the birds and all the wildlife passing through. The last few years we have let the garden grow more wild and this has attracted even more bird- and wildlife. We love our oasis and hope that you will do the same! Relax with the whole family at this spacious summer house. The house has 3 bedrooms, a big living room, an outdoor terrace, and a large backyard. During warm days, you can enjoy the sun while being outside, jumping on the trampoline, playing football, or using a mini playground; in colder days, get cozy in a living room by a fireplace. The house is located just 100 m from the fjord, where you can go for a walk or enjoy a swim.
