Welcome to 3011 Club Villas on the grounds of the gated Amelia Island Plantation. This peaceful 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom marshside villa is located on the south end of Amelia Island, with the Oak Marsh Golf Course and Intracoastal Waterway directly off the back patio. There are two complex swimming pools nearby. Only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms & conditions, and $150 nonrefundable fee.

Building is located on the beach so all you have to do is put on your flip-flops and walk out of the door! On the back deck/walkway surrounding the heated pool you can admire the stunning view of the dunes and beach. Truly a hidden gem here at Amelia Island!

You’ll love the house because of the finishes are outstanding, the beds are comfortable and the house is tranquil, while still being inside the coveted Omni Plantation Resort. While access to Omni Resort pools is not available, miles of trails, recreation facilities, amazing restaurants and world-class golfing are all for your enjoyment.
