Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a short trip for a concert. The place was very clean and inviting. Pamela was very helpful with getting us in and the apartment was very cute and smelt great! The best part is it was close to everything. We went to the space and rocket center, botanical gardens and the concert at Von Braun. There was also food and gas stations within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

This is a very cute, quaint, apartment. It was convenient for all of the activities we did. The host is quick to responsd and very kind. Definitely recommend!

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

We spent 1 night so we could visit the Space and Rocket Center. The apartment is very spacious with a large living area, a balcony, 2 beds rooms and 2 bathrooms. The listing undersells what is actually supplied in the kitchen. There was a toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 ring plug in stovetop, a mini oven, pots and pans etc, so it would be perfectly possible to cook a meal. The apartment is in the Old town part of Huntsville and next door to the historic Twickenham district. It is also close to numerous bars and restaurants and felt a safe area to walk around. Comms with Jonathan were good. We enjoyed both Huntsville and our stay in this apartment.

We had an incredible stay at this pristine lakefront property. The home is beautifully maintained, offering breathtaking view of the water and a peaceful atmosphere that made our work trip both productive and enjoyable. The outdoor patio and fireplace were standout features - perfect for unwinding in the evening. With plenty of bedrooms, everyone had their own comfortable space, which was ideal for a group of adults traveling for work. Emily was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. Whether you're looking for a serene getaway at the lake or a well-equipped home for a business trip, this property is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time at April’s. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and sitting in the hot tub while watching movies! We also had fun fishing from the dock. The many steps getting back up to the house were challenging but doable with one or two stops on the way up. Our visit was in March and the basement bedroom became uncomfortably cold in the middle of the night. There were enough blankets but was chilly when getting up to use the bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our big family to spread out.

The house was immaculately cleaned and very new. Everything was exactly as described and it was a comfortable overnight stay for two adults and two children. We watched the sun set in the backyard and took some nice family photos. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the area was safe and quiet. We definitely recommend this place!

If magic existed, I would make this place available anywhere I needed a place to stay. We fell in love with the entire home & area! Absolutely beautiful inside & out.

This place was ideal for our visit to see our daughter, as her student housing was conveniently close by. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and Diane was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout. The location was also great—not far from downtown, Mid-City, and Providence—making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-located stay.

We were in town for one night attending a concert so we required very little - didn’t even shower. We simply needed a safe place to sleep and able to bring our dog. Her directions were very clear when entering the complex and said we could come early, although we ended up not needing that arrangemsnt. The building is older and with the rain, the entrance to the stairs was flooded so our shoes/feet were soaking wet - that was a little frustrating but I wouldn’t place blame on the host. The automatic door lock needs some work. The door/lock do not line up. And there was no key for the bottom lock so when leaving to go to the concert, I didn’t feel incredibly confident in that security. The checkout instructions ask that you collect the towels and start the laundry - except there wasn’t any detergent. We placed them in the washer but obviously couldn’t start it. The inside matches the photos. There’s some quirks, but that’s anywhere. Overall it was good for what we needed.

Would definitely stay at one of his properties again! We could tell he puts so much attention to detail into his bnb’s and for his guests. We were so pleased to find local recommendations, a hand written card, a gift, and very quick responses throughout our stay.

I loved my stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very functional. The place had everything I needed and nothing I didnt need.

Booked this place last minute and stayed for a few nights. It was the perfect place for what I needed. Very clean and cozy and a good location.
