Guest Suite with private entrance on 1.5 acres.

Beautiful 1.5 acre wooded lot, unique setting with country living in the city. Close to Bethel Rd shopping and diverse dining. Close to Rt. 315, Antrim Lake path, and Olentangy Trail. You'll have the suite all to yourself: private entrance, electronic keypad, a dedicated parking space, no shared walls with main house. Easy to come and go. Full bathroom with tiled shower. Zoned temperature controls for your comfort. King bed, wifi, Roku TV, and everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Easy access to I-270. Less than 10 miles from Easton Town Center (Easton, Columbus, OH); Polaris; Hoover Reservoir Park-jogging, walking, hiking & biking paths; and less than 15 miles from downtown Columbus, Airport, Ohio Expo Center, & fairgrounds. River view private room in our home

NO parties. Our guests should arrive between 3 pm and sunset. We share our private home in a resort-like setting on the Scioto. We live here! We love BNB experiences in Europe and offer that experience -- personal hospitality. Our guests have a bedroom/bath and share the use of the public spaces with us -- swimming pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court and kayaks on the river. This rental price is for 2 people staying overnight.
