Clean. Good amount of space. Only there 2 nights. Would go back

10/10! Booked for an extended work trip, the area is fabulous! The unit itself is even better than the gorgeous photos! The couch and beds were so comfortable! Fully stocked with what you would need! Fabulous shower! Parking was great! Highly recommend, be sure to check out the fabulous pizzeria across the street and take an evening walk on the street the home is located on! Gorgeous!!!

Jared’s place was a great place to stay! Large open concept type area for the living room and kitchen which made hanging out with friends very easy and didn’t feel like you’re on top of each other. 100% would stay again!

Great place to stay in Columbus with easy access to the Short North & other surrounding areas. Also only 10 minutes from the airport. Easy access to Hocking Hills as well, which is a beautiful area. The apartment was lovely, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The apartment was lovely despite the less than glamourous entrance to the apartment building itself. I felt safe at all times. It was a perfect location for the convention center. I could leave the apartment and be in my session across the street in a few minutes. Waiting for the light to change at the cross walk took longer than the walk.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shopping, which made it so easy to enjoy our weekend. Evan was incredibly helpful with recommendations and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great spot for a girls weekend getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. Cute place and a great location! Delicious restaurants, the North Market, and park within walking distance. With it being a corner apartment there was lots of natural light! We would definitely stay again!

Stayed here while visiting my son who attends OSU. Everything was as described. Had a few questions and always quick to respond. I was grateful that we were able to checking early. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Nice walkable neighborhood near restaurants shops.

Comfortable bed, Hot shower, and cozy place with all things you need for your stay. It's the middle of everything college town. So many restaurants and Kroger (grocery store) is right across the street. Douglas offered a flexible check in, gave recommendations and even left treats for my service dog. We will stay here again!

Everything was as described. The location was great and we easily walked to great restaurants and entertainment. The location was quiet and easy to get too. It was a great base for the area.

I had a great time staying at James place. I was picking up my daughter from her semester at Ohio state and it was very easy to get back and forth from the school. The street is nice and quiet, never had an issue finding parking right in front of the condo and felt safe considering all of her belongings were in our rental car out front. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and James was very helpful! I would stay here again for when we visit her in the future.

We had a lovely stay just 3 or 4 miles from the event downtown! The house was very clean and accommodating. The only drawback was the narrow/steep steps where all the bedrooms are located. (Just so anyone with health concerns/adaptive needs is aware.). However, that is not meant to be negative towards Jared and the prep of the home. Jared made coming and going a breeze!

We stayed here for the homeschool convention. The apartment was great and Nancy was responsive and accommodating. Other reviews mentioned that the downstairs restaurants/bars were noisy, but we didn't notice any noise at night with noise makers running. To enter the apartment, you cannot go through the front, the host requires that you go around to the back entrance in the alleyway. This probably isn't a huge deal to most, but I felt uncomfortable allowing my older children to go back and forth to the convention center alone. (Which is just across the street from the front entrance of the apartment.) Overall, the apartment was nice, comfy, and clean.
