Η αυλή της Ασπασίας, Λάκκοι, Χανιά Κρήτη

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Mekia house is located in a peaceful environment with wonderful panoramic view to the western sea and the sunset from all places of the house. Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.

Ο χώρος μου βρισκεται στην ακρη των Ακουμιων,στο νοτιο Ρεθυμνο.Ειναι μια πετροχτιστη διπλοκατοικια με πανοραμικη θεα στον Κεδρο,τη κοιλαδα και τα χωρια του.Ο πανω και ο κατω χωρος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη σκαλα αλλα και αυτονομουνται απολυτα με το δικο τους μπανιο,κουζινα και ξεχωριστη εισοδο εχοντας προσβαση στο κηπο τη βεραντα και το παρκινγκ.
