Si tratta di un appartamento ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioarchitettura nel rispetto del casale che risale alla metà del diciottesimo secolo. I voltini e una parete nella zona giorno lasciata a vista enfatizzano l'antichità del luogo in cui soggiornerete. La cucina è moderna con piano a induzione ed è dotata di ogni utensile per cucinare. Il tavolo è un pezzo unico che arricchisce l'ambiente. Il bagno è di ultradesign in modo particolare la doccia che è stata ricavata da una nicchia.

La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, restaurants, e bike, yoga, massages, home chef.
