Vintage home near downtown Greenville.

Cozy home with vintage look. Be in downtown Greenville or Paris Mt. State Park in under ten minutes. Close to shopping and the state Farmer's Market is a mile away. Acre yard gives spacious feeling. A complimentary Power Point of South Carolina and local history, culture, events, and business is available to help introduce you to one of the country's best kept secrets. Cut flowers and help yourself to our organic garden for use during your stay (seasonally). Small RV parking but no hook ups.

LAKEFRONT, awesome sunsets, amazing neighborhood with loads of charm! 3BR/2BA house on secluded acre plus wooded lot. Relax on large screened in porch with amazing lake views or in the hot tub built in deck. 2 bedrooms on main (king & queen) with hall bath & laundry. The upper loft bedroom has 2 full beds & bathroom overlooking the lake. Pet friendly w/fee fenced in backyard with doggie ramp! Awesome location just minutes to both I-26 and I-85. Easy access to Spartanburg, Greenville, & Greer!

Cozy modern home near Tyger River Park

Recently renovated, all new furniture and Brand New Kitchen Appliances!/ 3 Bedroom 2 bath residential home, located minutes from Tyger River Park, BMW, GSP airport, I-85 Greer & Greenville! Queen size beds located in all bedrooms, Casper Pillows, Master located first floor, 2 bedrooms 1 bath second floor. Large TV’s located in all rooms. Love the outdoors, check out the large deck, and recently added fire pit seating 6! This home is a great place to stay while visiting the beautiful upstate!

Classic updated home with fenced yard

Welcome to our Mauldin home, a suburb of Greenville ! We are centrally located close to shopping and just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care!

A quiet place in the country

Clean and spacious mother in law suite over 1200 sq ft. Use this as your home base as you explore the SC upstate. GSP and Spartanburg less than 30 minutes away, Greenville and NC mountains less than 45 minutes away, and just ten minutes from either exit 35 or 28 on I-26. BMW, Michelin and other manufacturing plants are less than 30 minutes away. Start your day with coffee on your private deck and after a long day you can enjoy a dip in the shared pool (pool open Mid May - Mid Sept.

This petite home is cozy & clean with 2 bedrooms: 1 queen and 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living room. It is just off Lauren’s road (a main thoroughfare) behind some local businesses and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, & 10 minutes to downtown. Free WIFI. Web enabled Sony smart TV (log into all your favorite streaming providers or sling from your own device), kitchen basics, Keurig, washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, and restaurants within walking distance.

Welcome to Simpsonville Southern Comfort! Our home offers a comfortable, completely remodeled space with all of the amenities of home to make your stay enjoyable. This home is in a GREAT location just a 5-minute drive from the conveniences of the Five Forks area, and a short 7-minute drive to the enjoyment of The Square in Downtown Simpsonville. Enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, and 3 additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. 2 single trundle beds are also available for the little ones. This home has space to gather everyone together or spread out and have some quiet time. Some fun features of this home are an outdoor fire pit, pool table, fenced backyard, deck with grill, and 3 smart TVs. 4 bedroom 3 bath home.
