ONE ROOM. ALL IN ONE. NEW YORK-STYLE STUDIO VIBE. This spacious studio has everything in one open space: two double beds, small office corner, lounge area, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is perfect for coffee, breakfast, and simple meals — not big cooking sessions. There’s also a shower cabin with rain shower in the room, adding to the urban loft feel. Please note: because the space is open-plan, it can feel intimate if you’re not very comfortable together. The toilet is separate, though!

A Stairway to heaven

My apartment is situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old heritage building. It's important to note that, there is no elevator, which is common as less than 9 percent of buildings in Copenhagen's inner city have elevators. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. My newly refurbished apartment features a hallway leading to the bathroom and a living room that opens to the sleeping area and kitchen. It offers a cozy (Hyggeligt) view of the city's rooftops.

This apartment has a unique, west facing view of the lakes and balcony to watch the sunset. It was renovated to a high standard in 2024 (new windows in Nov). It has an elevator, modern bathroom and kitchen. With its central location, the city’s amenities are a short walk away. You are just around the corner from Nansensgade's cozy shops and eateries, have Ørstedsparken 5 minutes away, Nørreport Station 8 minutes walk from the front door.

The apartment is newly renovated and there is also a balcony from the dining room.
