This place was perfect for my family’s first trip to Washington DC. If you need a place in a great area and convenient to transportation, food, attractions, this is your spot. Crystal was a great host! She quickly responded to any questions, made awesome recommendations and made the entire process very easy.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve *ever* stayed in. The space was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The bedroom is a converted garage—which we’d seen in the photos and were initially unsure about—but it ended up being one of my favorite parts. The frosted windows let in beautiful natural light during the day, and at night, the glow of the streetlights and tree shadows made it feel peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfy, and honestly, I got the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom had heated floors, and a spacious shower that absolutely lived up to my (admittedly high) standards. I’m a big fan of large showers, and this one did not disappoint. Synta was an amazing host: thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly kind. She was also super accommodating about our late check-in after a concert, which we really appreciated. Everything was seamless, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the fantastic experience!!

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

Cal and Colleen are very friendly, hospitable, and a goldmine of local information. The suite was well equipped and comfortable with a roomy sitting room and great outdoor space.

My parents came to Maryland for the first time to visit us and spend time with their granddaughter and they were so happy in Melissa’s place! They had everything they needed to have a comfortable and restful stay. You would barely know this is a basement unit with its spaciousness, kitchen area, living room and even sunlight through the bedroom window. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and they’re within walking distance to a beautiful park. The only challenge they encountered was the step into the bathroom but we knew about that in advance thanks to Melissa’s proactive communication and transparency. Melissa was so responsive and it was a relief to me to know my parents were in a safe, clean and lovely place within walking distance of us. Now they’re excited to visit us again and stay in Melissa’s place!

Nice place, good for a couple, a residential area of DC east of the Capital, very walkable and quiet. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and noise from host upstairs very intermittent and not a problem. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a peaceful place that is located in a lovely area. I felt perfectly safe staying there on my own. I found it very easy to get to Georgetown or Dupont Circle using Lime bikes and scooters, which were always available nearby. The apartment stayed very cool on hot summer days, and I didn’t even need to use the AC most days. The hosts are very kind, considerate, helpful, and available. I would definitely stay here again!

Evans place was just terrific for our needs. It was clean and bright. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The bathroom was clean, well lit, equipped with switch for extra warm air, and the shower had great pressure. The sheets and bedding were pretty and soft. The outside lighting was good, and the area felt safe. Evans was helpful, responsive and friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thanks Evans!

The location of this home was perfect for our needs and not far from the Metro which allowed us access to many parts of the city. It was clean and well appointed and the host was very good at communicating and responding to any of our needs which were minimal. We will definitely choose this location again in the future.

Everything was put together for an enjoyable stay. The bed was comfy. The heated floors in the bathroom were nice. Location was great. All around great stay.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

We had a wonderful time at Serena's place! The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to various restaurants, shops, and the metro. Serena is a super kind host, and we appreciated the small things she provided to welcome us to her home (chocolates on the nightstand, snacks in the kitchen, slippers, etc.). You can tell Serena's place is well-loved, but everything is cleaned thoroughly prior to each stay (including the shower curtains). The bed was a little too soft for me (a memory foam mattress that dipped a little bit in the middle), but my sister loved it. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would 100% return!

This charming AirBnB is close to entertainment, restaurants, sight seeing and Metro. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, and made my dad (the guest) feel right at home. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We were in town for a show at the 9:30 Club & Michael’s place was the perfect spot. It was walkable to the club as well as many restaurants and breweries. Michael provided clear and easy to follow instructions for check in & the place was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this spot and we will definitely stay there again!

It was a beautiful home: the entertainment, cleanness, and modern vibes of the home made it great to stay in. I felt like I was at home. On top of that, Tebebe is a great person. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and just right for our visit. The directions to get in were very clear. We arrived pretty late at night and, even so it was relatively easy to find street parking. The two bedrooms are relatively small but that is what we would expect in a major city and we didn’t need more than a place to sleep. The street is lined with sweet houses and around the corner from a few places to eat. David was a great communicator and very quick to respond. We would definitely return for another stay.

I live in DC and my family came into town to visit me. Linda’s place was perfect since it was block away from my place. I highly recommend her place if you are visiting or wanting to have family over but don’t have to space. It’s a great starting point if you are wanting to stay in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to get to the monuments and enjoy DC.

This place was perfect for our little getaway. It was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The area was very peaceful and close to many things. Trader Joe’s and whole food like 5 minutes away, bunch of trendy restaurants in Georgetown about 10 mins. It was great location since it only took us about 15 min drive in Downtown DC for our sightseeing locations. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. It was a great value. I would definitely stay again.

This Airbnb was by far such an amazing experience. This Airbnb gives hotel comfort with a home like feel. The pictures do not do justice, very spacious with lots of complimentary amenities that makes you feel right at home; even an umbrella that actually came in handy. Note this Airbnb is a basement unit, (private entrance downstairs) but you will feel like you're in the comfort of your very own private living area. What really stood out to me is the quality customer service, the property managers really went out their way to ensure we were comfortable and felt at home. We also met the owners of the property and they were very nice & welcoming. I highly recommend booking your stay at Odenton Suites, you will not be disappointed, centered in the heart of Maryland. I will definitely re-book the next time I visit my son, stationed at Ft. Meade, which is less than 15 minutes away.

This place was great! A short walk from Potomac Ave metro station and a grocery store down the block was ideal! Noise transference from upstairs is a thing, but earplugs were provided which helped a lot. The neighbourhood was very quaint and I felt safe walking it at night. Would stay here again!
