Serenity Sands Beach House is a newly-renovated vacation rental cottage located in the Morgantown community of Fort Morgan. It is located just steps from the beach access boardwalk. The home sleeps 6 adults comfortably. There are 2 king beds, a twin daybed & trundle. There are also comfy living & dining areas, breakfast bar with seating & fully stocked kitchen. All linens (not beach towels), 3 TVs, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, charcoal grill, & beach/pool toys (cart, umbrella, chairs) are provided.

Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets.
