Located 2 miles from Highway 1 in Fort Bragg, this residence is still very close to downtown and other attractions. You can be at Pudding Creek Beach in 5 minutes, at Glass Beach and the Skunk Train in 7 minutes, at the world-famous Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens 12 minutes, and in the historic downtown of Mendocino Village in 20 minutes.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Well-stocked home is quiet and secluded, but still close enough to quickly be in Fort Bragg or Mendocino.
