It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Velkommen til et stort og nyoppusset hus av høy standard på sjøeiendom. Egen strand i hagen, med mulighet for å benytte seg av jacuzzi, kajakker, bålpanne, grill, pizzaovn med mer. Nyt en nydelig sjøutsikt fra husets store vinduer. Du kan ligge i badekaret og se utover horisonten, og ta morgenkaffen i senga mens du ser bølgene treffe svaberget i hagen. Det tar 5-7 minutter å kjøre til Preikestolen basecamp, 5 minutter til sentrum av Jørpeland og 30 minutter til Stavanger sentrum.

God plass for å komme litt bort fra hverdagen. Hytten ligger uforstyrret til i en liten skog, ca 1 km å gå til nærmeste butikk. Egen parkering, litt bratt sti (ca 50 m) fra parkering og opp til hytte. 5 minutter til nærmeste busstopp og 15 minutter til kaien der hurtigbåten legger til. Vann med kanoutleie 150 meter fra hytten, 200 meter andre veien til sjøen, tilgang til frilagerutstyr der også. Er det interesse for alpint er det ca en time til sauda og 2,5 timer til røldal.

Koselig hytte helt i sjøkanten med nydelig soloppgang. Ta gjerne morgen badet å måltidene på terrassen med nydelig utsikt over fjorden. Hytten ligger sentralt enten du ønsker å tilbringe dagene med shopping, fisking eller gå fantastiske fjellturer som Preikestolen, Kjerag og Flørlitrappene. Det er også mange andre merkede turløyper i nærområdet som Uburen, Hatten, Hesten, Skjerajuvet osv. Badestrand , Forsand med butikk, Landa fortidslandsby like i nærheten.

Det er 2 hytter som ligger på samme eiendom men, usjenert fra hverandre. Begge hytter har tilgang til plassens fasiliteter som hage, brygge osv. Hytte og wc anneks rengjøres etter bruk.
