Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

Está situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, por lo tanto es un punto de partida ideal para rutas de senderismo.

Little cottage with large terrace in the mountains above beautiful Fornalutx village. Cozy house has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and living area with armchairs in the same space, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The 2 kms road from Fornalutx to the house is one-lane asphalt road, the small car is more conveniente to move in the area if you are not experienced driver.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
