This is a stunning home that has been designed to be homely yet still stylish. The house is located a mere 4 minute walk from the beach at the bottom of the road and thus has truly breathtaking sea views from all front rooms. A 1 minute walk from the train station. The beach offers sailing, dolphin tours and the Nomadic sauna Located on a peaceful residential road you can’t help relax and recharging your batteries. Bourne by the Sea

Spacious house in the heart of the Old Town, minutes from the Beach. The house has undergone a complete top to bottom renovation. A large kitchen extension with bifold doors open out to the patio for you to enjoy with your family and friends. We wanted to create a home from home feeling so there is a fully equipped kitchen, should you want to cook, or there are plenty of nearby places to eat or just get a takeaway. If you want to relax there are books, board games and a smart TV with Netflix.

Book a stay at this beautiful, 2-bedroom, terraced house. The open-plan property is light and airy, and boasts a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Upstairs the two double bedrooms are complemented by a stunning bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Next to a pub which does stay open late and often has live music on which should be a factor if bringing young children,the house is only one-minute's walk from the train station and a stone's throw from seafront

Immaculate & Comfortable Seaside/South Downs Home

Light, airy and immaculate, but very comfortable, with 2 private parking spaces directly outside. Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.

Old Town stunning house & flat

This stunning 18th century period property is in the heart of the historic Old Town of Hastings. Situated right on the High Street its location couldn't be better. Everything you could want and need only minutes from the door. Restaurants, bars, cafes and a host of local independent businesses. This large house has 5 bedrooms with the addition of a garden flat that comprises of a further bedroom and separate living facilities. Perfect for a large group.
