B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Explore galleries in the Arts District and stroll back to a majestic century house teeming with original character. Climb stairs to the privacy of a second floor room with en suite shower room. Awaken when morning light peeks through a south-facing skylight. Breakfast is served at convenience in the Dining room. Public car parking in the street is possible but paying. NOTE : A special Discount can be applied for any long stay - ROOM-ONLY (that is, No Breakfast provided) : send us an Enquiry so we can make you the best proposal. Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter. Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers. Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1, 5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip. On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. situé à proximité des institutions européennes

Chambre d'hôtes à louer dans une maison privée, à deux pas des institutions Européennes, dans le quartier Schumann. La chambre est équipée de deux lits jumeaux, permettant soit de recevoir un couple, deux personnes, une personne ... au choix. Possibilité d'accueillir une troisième personne dans une petite chambre attenante. Une salle de bain personnelle est réservée aux hôtes : WC, douche, double évier et baignoire, sèche cheveux. Linge de toilette et draps fournis. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner, au prix de 8 € par personne. Par beau temps, il peut être pris sur la terrasse donnant accès au jardin, sinon il se prend dans la salle à manger de l'hôte. Le quartier est très bien desservi par les transports en commun ce qui permet d’atteindre les faubourgs et le centre ville en très peu de temps. A proximité immédiate : - Accès au centre ville : bus 63, bus 64, bus 60, bus 29, bus 61, bus 56 - station de métro Schumann - ligne de bus rapide pour l'aéroport ( bus 12) Accès très rapide pour la Gare de Bruxelles Midi et l'aéroport de Bruxelles National Possibilité d'utiliser un vélo pour vos déplacements ( 10 €/jour) WIFI et TV, petit frigo dans la chambre Stationnement aisé dans la rue , mais payant comme partout à Bruxelles Tarif réduit dès la 4ème NUIT (sur demande) TAXE D'HÉBERGEMENT imposé par la commune de Bruxelles : 3 € par nuit, inclue dans le prix AGRÉMENT OFFICIEL CHAMBRE D'HÔTES

Chambre Monique - Spacieuse & Centrale

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans nos belles chambres situées dans un bâtiment de 1850 en plein cœur de Bruxelles. Nos chambres ont été meublées avec amour & soin, pour vous assurer un séjour confortable. Nous avons collaboré avec des projets locaux pour réutiliser d'anciens matériaux, ce qui donne une touche rétro-chic à notre maison. Nous sommes parfaitement situés dans un quartier calme mais à une courte ballade du centre historique, des restaurants, des transports, des magasins...

Vakantiestudio familie drie kamers nabij Hallerbos

Volledige bovenverdieping met alle comfort, aparte ingang, drie kamers met elk een privé-badkamer en wc, eetplaats met volledig uitgeruste keuken, extra kinderbedje mogelijk op aanvraag. Drie parkeerplaatsen en terras met jacuzzi, privaat gebruik, geen ruimtes gemeenschappelijk met andere huurders. Wifi in de hele accommodatie. Landelijke omgeving met veel wandel- en fietsroutes en toch dichtbij de Brusselse stad. Verhuurder steeds beschikbaar. Optie om een ontbijtmand te reserveren (betalend).

Grande chambre calme avec salle de bain privative

Une chambre tout confort (lit double 160x200), spacieuse et lumineuse, dans une maison de charme de 1934 d'inspiration Art Déco, située dans un quartier calme et vert (forêt de Soignes, Parc de Woluwé), à proximité des divers centres attractifs de Bruxelles. Salle de douche et toilette privatives. Bien desservie par les transports en commun, proche de l'aéroport et des gares, accès facile en voiture (parking aisé gratuit). Petit déjeuner bio et local sur demande. Accueil convivial assuré.

Chambre au calme à côté de la ville

Chambre avec lit "Box" pour 1 ou 2 personnes située au calme et à côté de la ville. Pas loin des transports publiques (15 min à pieds) qui vont vers le centre-ville. A 650 m d'une longue rue commerçante "de wand" et de divers supermarchés. A 1,9 km de l'atomium et Bruxelles "Expo", à 900 m de la tour japonaise, à 1,2 km des serres royales de Laeken et à 5 min. en tram du "Shopping Dockx". Pas loin de l'aéroport. En même temps près de la nature pour les promenades. Bref, le bon équilibre.

Agréable et calme.

Cette charmante chambre dans une maison unifamiliale convient parfaitement pour 1 personne calme et sociable en visite dans notre beaux patrimoines. .La chambre comprend un frigo, une télévision, un bureau, un fauteuil, un lit double. Garde robe avec grande place de rangement. Wifi disponible et une salle de bain à partager, deux WC. En commun une cuisine équipée, et une terrasse aménagé, velo d appartement et d un coin repos ombragé entouré de plantes. camera dans le hall d entrée.

Beautiful, tastefully furnished, ground floor of a period house, marble mantelpieces, wooden floor, stucco decorated columns and high ceilings. Private garden. Strictly no smoking. Quiet road in residential area. Walking distance from the EU offices, the city centre and public transport hubs. 400 mt to Art-Loi metro station, 200 mt to Maelbeek metro station 20’ from Airport, 10’ from Midi Railway Station. <1km from the Grand Place, Place du Sablon and other attractions.

Mayeres I : a charming Heritage stay!

Step back in time in this historic Art Nouveau apartment built in 1904 by the architect Michel Mayeres (Victor Horta’s disciple) and relax in a most private atmosphere combining comfort and authenticity. Suit in Loft of JP et Alain - Downtown

Bed and Breakfast in beautiful large loft ideally located in the city center. Near the metro and the new street Single room with multi channel TV (Netflix) and private ensuite bathroom (bath and shower) + private wc. We share access to the common rooms with pleasure but no kitchen on site. Breakfast optionnel between 7 and 10 AM (5 euros par person)

Nice small B&B single room, private bathroom

Our small single room is in a very large flat, the breakfast is included (mainly organic), private bathroom (shower and wc),very good wi-fi connection. I work at home and can give you informations and maps of Brussels and Saint-Gilles. The announcement is registered, nr 500014
