great stay right on the lake!! had everything we needed. kitchen equipped with enough to make our thanksgiving dinner. beds were comfy. she even asked if we wanted it decorated for Christmas.🎄 close to some beautiful hiking trails/falls. kids wanna go back for summer! raechel was always quick to reply and helpful with anything

The view of the lake from the large back porch was awesome. A peaceful place to relax and explore the lake on the canoes provided. There was a green egg on site for cooking dinner. I’d highly recommend this location!

Beautiful & peaceful location. The house was lovely, kitchen well stocked with kitchen items, gadgets. Big beautiful windows to see out to the lake; and both bedrooms w/ lake views. Beautiful house! Lovely porch & dock, where we spent all our time.

Wesley was great, very communicative! The house was perfect for a large family gathering. Everything was just as photographed. So much to do at the house we barely had to leave. The fire pit was the best place to gather as a family! We would love to go back again! Amazing experience!

The house was exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean and well stocked. Easy to get in and even smelled great. The kitchen was equipped with EVERY utensil we possibly needed. We were only able to use the paddle boards on our last day due to weather but they were great when we did. Also enjoyed a campfire and saw a million stars on clear nights. Overall we loved the place and felt right at home.

Travis did an excellent job and responded fast! We loved the house and amenities. I missed the note on the lake being drained, but we were informed. A few suggestions: additional seating in the front room, and hooks to hang coats/bags/etc on.

Beautiful, secluded location. Perfect ti get away from it all. Make sure you bring anything you need with you, the closest town is 25 min away. Great hiking nearby.

This location was everything the reviews indicated. The inside was clean and well kept and perfect for our family. The kayaks were the best part of the stay and the lake is beautiful. The outside does need some tlc to match the inside upgrades.

We absolutely enjoyed your place! Sharon and Anna were excellent host and very supportive! The apartment lacked nothing! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We loved the trail around the whole lake and walked it each day! The location is very convenient to anything you would like to do in the mountains! This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. We visit this area often and we are so glad we have found our home away from home in Waynesville. Thank you Steve and Susie for hosting us! Blessings, Steve and Amy

Great location - a very short walk to the lakeside trail. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Alice and Philip were very responsive.

Even in the rain, this place is beautiful. We went to Tuckaleechee Caverns on our way to the condo- highly recommend too. There was trail heads 20 minutes away at Middle Prong- beautiful drive- lots of scenic stops, and we even had a chance to walk a bit. Excellent place to stay! Near food and groceries. The balcony sites and sounds are amazing.

The space was bigger than we expected and works out really well for our needs. The host was very responsive and helpful. There is a 3 ring binder with all the info about the area.

This is a great spot for a family of four. The beds were comfortable. The space was big enough to spread out a little bit. The view from the deck is great as well. If you don't mind being 30 minutes away, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville. It's about an hour from Looking Glass Falls too. It's also a beautiful drive to the Tail of the Dragon from here. If you're coming from Raleigh this makes for a much shorter drive home after spending a day driving near the Dragon.

By far the best airbnb host we’ve ever had super fast to respond to questions and the accommodations were better than described. Beds were absolutely marvelous woke up every morning feeling better than new. This airbnb is a nature lovers dream. Highly recommend Sandy and the unit

The place was great! A picture perfect location and the hosts were very accessible and polite throughout our trip. I would highly recommend staying here. We loved it!

We spent Easter weekend here. As we drove in the wild azaleas and dogwoods were blooming, and everything afterwards was just as beautiful and peaceful. My teenagers loved kayaking and my daughter liked the pond so well she slept on the daybed on the porch. I appreciated the feather pillows and reverse osmosis water. Attention has been paid to every detail. I called my Nana to show her the antique desks. My small children enjoyed the toys and my middle son using the pully bucket on the porch. My daughter celebrated a birthday over our stay, more movie guests showed up than expected and I just couldn't turn these kids away. Our hosts were so kind. They of course charged a little extra as was clearly understood via the contract, they were very understanding and polite. The lock to the boat seems to be jamed, the downstairs fireplace is currently non operational, and I'm not sure I'll get back a thumb drive I forgot, but this family has worked hard to create really special place. Five star

Nice, clean, peaceful, private, relaxing, and as described, except for internet. I did log onto the house wifi. The wifi was not connected to the internet. I had less than one bar of cell service. There was a wired land line phone on the wall, which had no dial tone. There were many notes with help phone numbers, but no way to call. Because I was seeking a quiet retreat, I did not mind this.

We loved our stay at Terry's place in the beautiful mountains of western NC! His place is super comfortable, bright, and convenient to everything. Terry was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

This cozy place is truly a gem. You cannot beat the location — we walked around Lake Junaluska every day. The house was well-decorated, comfy and had lots of amenities. The host even included a bottle of wine and snacks! The back deck is a great place to start the morning with a cup of tea of coffee. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

Jeffreys lakehouse was absolutely incredible. The view is perfect and we had a wonderful time out on the lake. Would highly recommend!

We were in town to tour a wedding venue which was very conveniently located about 5 minutes down the street. Cameron was super flexible and communicative, which we appreciated. Perfect for what we needed!
