L'appartamento è situato al 1° piano con ascensore ed è di recente ristrutturazione ultimata il 12 luglio 2018. Si compone di una camera matrimoniale con lettino, di una cucina, una sala con divano letto matrimoniale e cantinetta nel seminterrato con 3 bici disponibili. E' dotato di tutti i confort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie TV) e terrazza pranzabile fronte pineta e mare. La casa è ubicata a pochi passi dal corso pedonale, giochi per bambini supermercato e tutti i servizi.
