The property is incredibly cozy and perfectly located just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Jimmy and his wife were fantastic hosts, offering great recommendations for places to visit and where to find delicious local food. We had the best little getaway Easter Weekend here. You can’t beat a 3 min walk to the beach and the privacy away from the strip. Tucked between Rosemary beach and PC- their home + location was just perfect for our family. Home was clean and perfectly sized for us- walkable to Thomas’s for a quick treat. All good things to say here! We will be back 😊

It was our first time in Florida, we were really pleased with this place, everything clean and great view to the beach, spacious clean smelled good. Really great experience and totally recommend this place

This is by no exaggeration the BEST air BnB we have stayed in. The host was VERY accommodating, the home was spotless and well maintained. In addition the place was very well stocked with extra amenities for us to use at the beach. We are a large family and we could feel this home was put together with family in mind. We are saving this place to stay in again in the future!!

This review is specifically for the flip flop services as we were placed in another location and didn't stay in this actual rental. Construction on the building was scheduled after we had made our reservation and Kristy gave us the option to either cancel or relocate. We chose relocation and are very happy we did. It was a beautiful place in a building down the road. The area offered many places to walk to and was relatively quiet. Thank you, Kristy for your prompt responses and communication throughout the process, and particularly, thank you for giving us a choice! We would definitely book with flip flop again!

Phenomenal place. Had its own pool. Literally steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Bedrooms were comfortable. Extremely clean. Carol was so nice to work with & communicated quickly & effectively. We had the best stay. We had 6 adults and one child with us. We will definitely be back to Carol’s place!
