Very spacious ocean view beach house near beach

You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy

Ample parking, including a double carport that's tall enough for your boat, and a securely fenced yard to keep your pooch safely on the property. The spacious living area opens onto a large north facing deck for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. This hideaway is the perfect getaway.

Renovated beach house in a great location. Ideally located 100 m to Back Beach shops and cafes, 400 m to the National Park Surf Beaches and minutes drive to the Hot Springs, golf courses, the local winery and brewery. Set amongst the native garden tree tops this is a classic Mornington Peninsula property. The house features two expansive decked areas with oversized glass panelled doors connecting the upper deck seamlessly with the modern rustic open plan living space. Must climb stairs.

The ultimate beach house. This wonderful three-bedroom home makes for a sublime break on the peninsula's surf coast. Just 700 metres to the ocean, surrounded by golf courses, hot springs and riding trails, there's something for everyone. The home has an open-plan dining/living area and glass doors to the deck. The kitchen includes all amenities and laundry facilities. Situated in native gardens, the home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main with bathtub), wood heater & air conditioning.

A bright, cosy, family & pet friendly Phillip Island accommodation. 3 bedroom beach house, fully fenced, walk to local off- leash dog beach & Cowes town centre. Kids' playground and playroom on premises. Short drive to boat ramp and all tourist attractions. Linen/towels included in price. Free parking & great location! 2 min drive to Andersons Boat Ramp. Town centre a 1.2km walk, beach 500m. Very reasonable rates for the entire home. 7 guests maximum. Pets welcome inside 🐾

Beach Street Cottage

Relax with the family at this delightful house 150 m from the beach. Listen to the waves as you drift off to sleep. Watch the shearwaters come home in the summer evenings from the boardwalk. Look out for whales, wallabies and hooded plovers while you walk. Enjoy a warm fire during the winter. The house has a full kitchen (inc coffee machine & grinder) and laundry. There is a games cupboard, swing & slide and outdoor beanbags. The backyard is secure for your pooch.

Lochbuie Beach House

Relax in a private midcentury Westernport beach shack, 75 metres from the water. This family beach house has been much loved and enjoyed over decades by family and friends. Close to great coastal walks, wineries and a range of local activities. The house is spacious and light with plenty of communal and outdoor eating options. A cosy, separate lounge room with wood heater is perfect for the cooler months. Plenty of books, puzzles and games are supplied.
