The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

Pear Tree House is an eighteenth century cottage in the centre one of the prettiest villages in North Yorkshire, Sutton-on-the-Forest, (8 miles north of York) in beautiful Hambleton. It not only offers period charm, but because it also features a glass-roofed extension containing a large open-plan kitchen and sitting room, it's also stylish, well-equipped, attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard. Centrally located for York, Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, The Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age

Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1.
