The place is well located and very comfortable. Beds especially. Very light and airy. lots of open space. Cheryl was extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

My husband, one year old, and I stayed here for a long weekend to visit the zoo and the museum of play. This place was perfect for us! The house is spectacularly clean and has everything you need. I love how everything is decorated so nicely and it's very homey. Tons of close restaurants and a beautiful park made this the perfect location. We'd definitely come back to this air BNB if we found ourselves back in the area. Thank you!

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and included a binder with clear and easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed all the special touches that made us feel right at home, like the games and a doggy bed. The hosts were so friendly.

We enjoyed our stay so much it felt like our second home. While in town for a class at Corning Studio, this was the perfect place to rest and relax for each day. The layout, amenities, cleanliness, details, and the neighborhood made this stay wonderful and a place we would stay again in the future. (Did not get a chance to enjoy a bath in that tub)

Denise is a great host. She’s very thorough and thoughtful, very responsive. Her house makes us feel at home with plenty of space for three of us. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything we need. I’m glad we found her place to stay. I will definitely stay here if we have another chance to visit Ithaca.

We needed a house near the Expo Center with a fenced yard that was pet friendly. Her house met all the requirements. She was very helpful, met us at the house, and gave us a tour.

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Dylan is a great host. House was great to accommodate our large group for a last-minute booking. Great location. Close to stores and food options if needed. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space, it was beautiful. The hidden gems of the house were the heated floors in the bathrooms!

Great stay, went for parents weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Well stocked, close to Cornell, vast property that’s very comfortable and fun. Loved the game room. Very responsive hosts too.

The home was a comfortable temperature when we arrived, clean, and perfect for a getaway. The pool was warm with plenty of pool floaties for everyone, plus there were extra pool towels. Would recommend and will be coming back!

We stayed for four nights with six people and three pets, and it was perfect for our needs. We were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. absolutely stunning, it's worth the small amount. there's so much to do if your an outdoors person. only suggestion would be more oven cookware (no cookie sheet, or baking pan). it's was fabulous being away from society and grounding to nature

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

We had the best girls overnight! We loved how secluded and peaceful the house was. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoy every minute. On the deck it felt as though you were at a retreat. The house was plenty big for the group of 6 we had and it was very clean and tidy. So thankful for all the amenities and how stocked the cabinets were with must haves. Our only complaint was that we wish we had planned 2-3 nights instead of 1. Would looooove to come back and make it a yearly stay. Thank you for sharing your amazing place 🙏

My friend & I had a great stay here at Glenn & Lisa’s place. It was cozy, cute & perfect for photos. We loved the barn vibe. The space was slightly smaller than we had expected, but it was the perfect size for 2 people. We loved that we were able to bring our fur baby & the fact we weren’t super close by to other houses so we had some privacy. Everything was clean & free of clutter. They left us several snacks & a bottle of wine which was really sweet. The bed was comfortable & we also enjoyed the hot tub outside on the porch. Due to the snow & wind we weren’t able to go hiking, but it was great that there looked like so many places to visit close by. We had a lot of fun here & would love to visit this town again for more adventures. Thanks again for hosting us & accommodating a later check out! We appreciate it & would recommend this space to other guests. :)

I really enjoyed staying at Anna's place for the last couple weeks. She was very friendly and I enjoyed the quiet location and peaceful back yard. I also really enjoyed taking runs on the quiet nearby roads passing by cornfields and farms.

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!

I live nearby and had a plumbing disaster at my apartment and a very important appointment with my oncologist in the morning. I really appreciated getting the place on very short notice. The place itself is gorgeous and has every amenity you could need. It's comfortable, quiet and in a great neighborhood. I wish I'd had a little more time to spend there.

Kelly was very easy to work with and The communication was wonderful. We enjoyed a great stay with friends and felt very comfortable in the home.

Quiet neighborhood. Clean studio apartment in a finished basement. Great shower experience. I even liked the hot tub outside. Off street parking for 1 car. Plenty of power outlets. Good lighting in the bathroom. Downsides, heat is manually adjusted. Not thermostat controlled. No desk for working remotely.
