A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Stille, fredelig, med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, mindre enn 10 m fra vannkanten. 70m2 pluss stort rom på bryggenivå. Unik utforming, store vindusflater, og rom på flere nivåer. Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Nyt vakker utsikt innover mot Tresfjorden og bratte fjell. Stedet ligger på solsiden av fjorden. Det er kort vei til Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde og Ålesund. Fantastiske turmuligheter og naturopplevelser finnes i nærområdet. Privat strand hører med. Rorbuen har hems I tillegg til de to soverommene. Hemsen har to madrasser på 120cm x 200cm. Der finnes fryser. Det er varmepumpe til oppvarming og til avkjøling.

Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Smartliner 21 med 100 hk. Varmeapparat, fiskeutstyr. sjødyktig fiskebåt. Leie pr dag 1850,-
