Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Lovely 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment over carriage house. Modern stainless appliances in kitchen, 55" LED TV with cable, high speed internet, washer/dryer. Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. Driving down you will be welcomed by the beautiful mossy 100+ year oaks that are as well all over the property, sit down by the emerald green pond and enjoy the fresh air. Pool is off limits. Just come and pet the Donkeys ( Chloe and Clementine) mother and daughter duo that love attention.

Upstairs bungalow located above garage. Private and quiet surroundings located in downtown St. Marys. Walk to shopping and dining. Very close proximity to Cumberland Island ferry. Original photos show the kitchen without a stove we have recently renovated the kitchen adding a stove to make cooking easier for guests.
