Attached garage with 2 bicycles/helmets & fishing poles. 3 TVs & Internet with a great selection of dvds. Board games & cards.

This beautiful large family home is conveniently located and ideally situated for events hosted at Fergus High School. One master suite and two large guest rooms are located on the main level. Also located on the main level is a large living room, dining room, an additional full bathroom, and kitchen with double ovens. Lower level includes 3 additional bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The spacious entertainment room is furnished with a sectional and dry bar with plenty of seating.

Pine Ridge Get-Away

Enjoy a quiet get away as you visit Lewistown for events, tournaments and pleasure. Private ground level entrance with no stairs. Complete with a microwave, small refrigerator, big screen TV in private living area, Keurig, coffee, water and snacks provided. Hot tub is NOT available to guests. Short distance to Pine Meadows golf course and event center with restaurant and bar. Short distance to blue ribbon trout fishing on Spring Creek and about 1 mile from town center.

Relax with the whole family! A simple house a couple blocks from the pool and parks for the summer months and a 2 minute drive or 10 min walk to downtown. A nice little yard for family BBQs and only minutes from the high school for sporting events. This is a pet friendly home with a fully fenced yard and small doggy door. I’m slowly working on updates in the house and hopefully will have a second bathroom and third bedroom sometime this year. Any questions just ask.
