Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

The Dogwood House

Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. Russtic Roadside Retreat, a glamping cabin

Russtic Roadside Retreat is a small glamping cabin in a private corner of our property. It includes a queen bed, small "camp" kitchen, flush toilet, shower (towels are provided), small deck, and electric heater.( Note that it can be cold in the cabin when the temps dip into the 20s and 30s.) Pets are welcome but must not be allowed to get on the bed. Historic Nevada City is just a short walk from the site.
