Très beau site dans les terres, un peu en hauteur. Dès le portillon passé, nous entrons dans un magnifique jardin très bien aménagé et pensé pour flaner, découvrir une grande quantité de plantes et fleures locales. De nombreux recoins avec de belles surprises pour se détendre ! (non non je ne révèle rien...) Un coup de cœur pour la piscine et la cuisine extérieure partagée qui nous a permis de savourer de beaux poissons (du marché d'Olhao) à la placha ! Le chalet où nous avons été logé était parfait, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bel etat d'esprit du concept que propose les hôtes ! De magnifiques vacances pour nous. Laurie et Mathieu

Stéphane and Pascal's chalet is amazing. Up in the hills, surrounded by wild-flowers, we felt immediately welcomed and relaxed. The pictures barely do justice to how lovely the chalet and surroundings are, and we enjoyed feeling nestled away up the hill from the main house and pool. The chalet is well stocked with everything you need as well as some nice touches like pool robes, picnic baskets and boardgames. The bedroom looks out up the hill from which you can join various walking trails, while below the chalet is the pool area with sun loungers, seating, and a bbq area. Communication was clear throughout (even when I had lost my phone!) and Stéphane gave great restaurant recommendations for Tavira. Mostly though we loved being up in the hills and wouldn't hesitate to go back :)

Wir waren 6 Nächte dort und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht. Direkt vor dem Haus kann geparkt werden und der Pool ist direkt daneben. Man hat hier seine Ruhe und kann nach einem Ausflug perfekt entspannen. Man bekommt hin und wieder Besuch von Katzen, die sind aber sehr lieb und gehorsam. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Gut gepflegt (innen und außen). Ja, die Straße ist dicht, aber im Haus und im unteren Teil des Gartens hört man keinen Straßenlärm. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man sowohl ans Meer im Süden, als auch ans Meer in den Westen gut fahren kann. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe, man kann auch zu Fuß direkt ein wenig spazieren. Für Familien/Gruppen auch gut geeignet. Im März auch ausreichend warm. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sehr schnell. Wir würden wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen!

This is a fantastic place to stay with a superb hostess! It is quirky, spiritual and offers peace and quiet to those that need tranquility. An ideal retreat with stunning mountain views of Monchique. Off the beaten track and a little tricky to find but easy access to beaches, local town of Luz or Lagos should you need. The perfect place! A huge thank you to Ana who really does go out of her way to help you in whatever you need.
