There's no need to leave the comfort of our condominium community for a day of fun. It offers 2 swimming pools, gym, basketball, tennis courts, mini-golf, and much more! All included with your stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The one bedroom efficiency apartment, offers, fabulous views of the Neuse river and new Bern. It is located next to a park and marina. Guest will have access to a workout room with an elliptical, weights and yoga mat. Feel free to use the provided fishing poles, kayak, paddleboard, or bikes or you can bring your own if you want. We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Come enjoy our relaxing water front cottage on Broad Creek! We have a new private dock where you can tie up your boat and a ramp right beside property. We have two kayaks that you may use during your stay. This is a great location only 5 miles to Oriental and just 30 miles to visit New Bern. We have a 50 inch Roku TV in living room. Fiber Internet is available during your stay. Two bedrooms each have queen beds and a pull out couch in the living room. Our cottage sleeps 6.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
