We enjoyed staying at the Water’s Edge. It was a perfect, peaceful resting spot during a busy OU graduation weekend. Deni’s place is really close to town, but it’s so peaceful that you’d think you were an hour away. Everything at the house is exactly as described and Deni was responsive and very helpful with directions. I really loved sitting on the porch stargazing, while listening to the peaceful sounds of the night - crickets, owls and the occasional bullfrog. It was simply delightful. We look forward to rebooking with Deni on our next trip to Athens!

We were delighted with all of the extra attention to detail, thoughtful supplies/kitchen comfort items, and fresh linens/bath items were a bonus! As frequent travelers, our unit's updated decór, cleanliness, and simplicity were all greatly appreciated!

This is a great space for visits to Denison! Location excellent and all around nice ,clean, and comfortable atmosphere!

This was a cute and cozy stay for our rainy weekend at buckeye lake. There were a couple restaurnts Right around the corner that we enjoyed! We really appreciated having coffee, sugar and powdered creamer available right at the Airbnb (there was also a coffee shop less than 5 minutes away). The downstairs bedroom does get a little chilly, but there was a nice heater that you could use as needed. The outdoor space was beautiful, although we didn't get to use it because it was raining the entire time we were there 🤣

This place was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The space is beautiful with all the amenities you could want. We loved the walking path and how easily we could walk to restaurants. We will definitely look to book again the next time we’re able to get away for a lake weekend!

We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area the home was in. It was well equipped and had lots of sleeping areas to fit our large groups needs. The onsite tenant was extremely friendly and helpful when we had a question.

Evolve and the local contact Nate were very responsive throughout our stay. We would happily stay there again anytime!

Absolutely beautiful location! Water and lovely walking path right outside the huge patio doors. Newly updated and super clean interior. We had everything we needed for a relaxing Girls’ weekend. Close to Columbus; loved the little breakfast cafe in Buckeye Lake.
