Staying with Ofer and Hagar is not your typical stay, it is an experience. They are warm, inviting, and willing to integrate guests into their home/family. They will provide not only guidance about tourist sites and local restaurants, but will even offer meals, coffee, and friendly conversation. The apartment is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Highly recommend a stay with them!

היה עונג להתארח בבית של אסנת. המקום רחב ידיים ונעים. עם חצר מאובזרת ונעימה - עם ג'קוזי, מנגל, פינג פונג, סל ופינות ישיבה. עם מרחבי ישיבה מפנקים בתוך הבית עצמו (יש מרחב ישיבה משפחתי מפנק גם בקומה השנייה). חדרי השינה עצמם גדולים ונוחים. המטבח מאובזר באופן מלא, לא צריך להביא כלום מהבית. אסנת והמשפחה שלה קיבלו אותנו בסבר פנים יפות, עם עוגה טעימה. הבת שלהם השאירה לנו ברכה נעימה. הבית הוא בית שהמשפחה גרה בו, כך שהדברים בבית שמורים ומסודרים (וראוי להתייחס אליהם גם כך). יש במקום מגוון רחב של משחקי קופסא. (כמעט לא נגענו בהם, כי הגענו עם משחקים משלנו, אבל התרשמנו מהכמות). באזור אנחנו ממליצים על פארק אפולוניה ועל הנמל של הרצליה. אכלנו במסעדה האיטלקית, אוכל מעולה, למרות שפסח והמסעדה כשרה לפסח. הפתיעו לטובה. בילינו חלק נכבד מזמן החופשה שלנו בבית, עם שבעה ילדים בוגרים והיה מרחב מאפשר לכולנו. בקיצור - ממליצים בחום.

Amazing house.! We are a family of 5 and we stayed for 10 days. The house is super comfortable spacious, huge back yard. Dana was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

אין מילים! איילה מקסימה, הצימר נקי ומסודר, מאוד מאובזר, בזמן התארגנות לחתונה איילה נכנסה, קצת לפני הצילומים, כדי לעזור לנו לסדר. אהבנו פשוט הכל! איילה ששה לעזור בכל תחום, שאלה וקישטה בצורה ככ מזמינה את הצימר. מושלם.

Yochi is a great host. Responsive and helpful. He was very flexible with my leave check in. Had everything I needed right away.

This is our third time staying at Yochai’s place. It meets our needs perfectly. It is not a perfect place but it is a great place to stay. The price is very reasonable, there is guaranteed parking (and in Israel this is a priceless amenity), there is good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a hot shower and a small kitchen. We have relatives in Kfar Saba so do not spend a lot of time in the room, but are a short drive away from them and the Bet Meir hospital where my sister in law was being treated. Yochai is lovely person and will respond quickly to your requests. This will continue to be our go to place to stay when in Israel.

שהות מוצלחת ביותר. מיקום נהדר ונוח. החדר היה נקי ומצוחצח ונוח מאוד. המתחם כולו היה נגיש, נוח, יפה, נקי, מרווח ומסודר. שהות נהדרת. היינו לילה אחד אך זה נראה שנהדר לשהות שם גם לתקופות ארוכות. המקום מרגיש בטוח ומאובטח ועדיין לא מסובך לשוהים במקום להיכנס. הוראות ברורות. חנייה קרובה. תודה רבה!

Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing Villa, we’ll be back for sure! The location really surprised us, and we loved how Zion communicated . Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tel Aviv looking for an unforgettable stay.

We booked the room for staying after a concert in Hayarkon Park. It was a great decision. The house was 30 minutes walk from the concert and has a bus station just in front of the house. The house is well designed and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the small pool and the yard and had a great stay!

The villa was clean and the parking spot is a plus in tel aviv. Maybe a little small if you have big luggage. Overall everything was super nice.

Arik was super kind and responsive,for any question I had. Place was very cosy and felt like home. Room and kitchen were sparkling clean. Was a walking distance from Hayarkon Park,which is what I needed... I definately recommend this place!!! :)

This is a great Airbnb. The check-in was easy. The room was very clean. The pool looks great and there are areas in the space to lounge around. This was overall a great experience.
