Lapwings is a 3 bed 1st floor apartment situated in a prime position being just a 2 minute walk from the amazing sea front with its 2 miles of sandy beach and Exmouth Marina which offers fishing and boat trips, birdwatching trips and water Taxi’s to Dawlish Warren and the Famous River Exe water cafe. Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.
