Ideally suited to guests with dogs, bikes and hiking boots, with charming coves and beaches to explore along the SW Coastal Path under a mile away.

Comfortably sleeps 8, ample off-road parking. The house overlooks the award winning Phear park with p&p golf, children’s play-park, tennis and bowls. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Open plan Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and dining/living area. The sofa bed is available for one child/small adult if triple occupancy is booked. One Dog welcome £10 per night fee.
