Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

Ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος σε ένα καταπράσινο μέρος ! Το σπίτι ζεστό και πεντακάθαρο ! Λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού με πολύ καλό χώρο στάθμευσης.

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό. Παρά πολύ άνετο και σε κερδίζει αμέσως. Σίγουρα όταν ξανά βρεθούμε στην περιοχή θα το προτιμήσουμε. Η Θεοδώρα ηταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα

Άψογη επικοινωνία με τον Δημήτρη, μας πρότεινε δραστηριότητες και μέρη για φαγητό που αποδείχθηκαν πολύ καλές επιλογές. Το κατάλυμα όμορφο, ζεστό, όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες πάνω ακριβώς από την πλατεία του Προυσσού.

Paris was a wonderful host. The view from her home of Delphi and the sea was the most beautiful view we have had in all our travels, which we enjoyed from the spacious terrace. Paris had eggs, butter, jam and bread available for us which we greatly appreciated due to our early departure. The space was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. If we ever visit this area again, we will stay here! 15 out of ten stars! Part of what makes the view so exquisite is that it is very high up. Be prepared to climb the 70 stairs. Completely worth it! Πολύ φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι και διαθέσιμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ζεστό και κατάλληλο για ξεκούραση κοντά στη φύση. Το χωριό ήταν πολύ ήρεμο με πολύ λίγους κατοίκους αλλά σε καλό σημείο για μετακίνηση με αυτοκίνητο στα γύρω χωριά, στα βουνά και στη λίμνη. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Absolutely amazing place in a great location. Would of loved to stay longer if we had the time!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν απλά υπέροχο! Πολύ καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη και η θέα πανέμορφη. Η κυρία Ελένη πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλική. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και ελπίζουμε να το ξανά επισκεφτούμε πολύ σύντομα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό μπροστά σε ένα πάρκο και δίπλα σε όλα τα σημεία της πόλης!! Η Σοφία μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ήταν όλα τέλεια!!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!

Mr. Christos is one of the warmest owners I have ever met. He was always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. We will definitely visit it again. Thank you for everything! Thank you for being so kind!!!

stayed for 4 nights in the apartment, with 2 friends. great clean space with balcony to each room, 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. supermarket at end of road and walkable to shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. easy to park outside, with no issues and you'd need a car to visit local attractions and area, due to limited public transport. would be happy to recommend or stay again.

Leiligheten passet oss perfekt. Vi var to kolleger av motsatt kjønn og med hvert vårt bad og soverom var dette perfekt og et mye bedre alternativ enn hotell når det kommer til pris. Her kunne vi lage maten vi ville ha selv og enkelt ta oss en tur ut og spise. Verten gav oss gode instrukser og kommuniserte godt. Uovertruffen kvalitet på leiligheten og vertskap! Business standard!

I stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The beach is really close and there is a lot to do in the area. The house is very good and the garden is beautiful too.

I stayed at Nikos and Nancy’s place for a friend’s 30th birthday, and while it was the winter, it was a completely restorative, beautiful stay and one we’ll be thinking of for a very long time. The property is stunning in person and truly better than most spa retreats I’ve been to. The town was quiet and walkable which is really exactly what we needed and the facilities were brilliant (every single detail is thought through right up to the orange juicer which we used since we were there around citrus season). Nikos and Nancy are also very gracious and responsive hosts who gave us tonnes of advice regarding our trip and also went over and above to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be planning a trip there again in the summer for sure.

Wow what a lovely house! Nice, clean, spacious. The bedroom balcony views are something else and I sat out every morning with my tea looking at the wonderful views. Great location, lovely pool and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this stunning villa in Nafpaktos! The property is brand new, beautifully designed, and built with top-quality materials—it’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms made it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa is not only stylish but also incredibly functional, with everything we needed for a home-away-from-home experience. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living space and serene outdoor area, everything was pristine and tastefully done. A special thank you to our wonderful host, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. So kind, responsive, and genuinely caring—it truly made all the difference. Communication was seamless, and any questions we had were answered right away with warmth and generosity. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. Stunning villa in Lefkada! One of our favourite stays anywhere in Europe. The view is unbelievable - even better than the pictures. Lydia was a great host who included a lovely check in basket of various goodies which was a really nice touch. The villa itself was very spacious and also had a beautiful pool, bbq and ping pong table. We will definitely be back!
