Went here for spring break with my kiddos. They loved it. Great area. Not far from winter park but nice to be a little further out. Can’t go wrong with Granby or this location specifically. The condo was super cozy and had everything we needed. Even the beds were super comfy- which can be hard to find sometimes!

This place was perfect for a three day ski trip for my son and I. My son used the loft in the bedroom. The master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was a perfect size for us with everything we needed to make our meals in the condo every night. The bus stop is about a one minute walk from the front door. The bus was about 25 minutes to Winter Park. Really enjoyed staying here.

We stayed at Laurel’s condo last year. She is very accommodating and replies right away when you message her. It is well stocked with all the necessities and more. Great location and we will definitely stay here again!

Great place and location. Lift Bus Stop (yellow line)is just down the street and resturants are less than a 10 minute walk. Condo is brand new. Community hot tub is very large. Definitely would stay here again.

I've been living out of Airbnbs for the last year and Dale has hands down been one of the best hosts. When we arrived super late on a Sunday night and had work the next morning, Dale had left us cinnamon rolls, OJ, and coffee so we could have a fresh start in the morning. During our stay he coffee maker broke and Dale had it replaced within a couple hours and dropped off additional coffee as well. Location is great. 2min walk from movement climbing gym and short walk to a grocery store. Airbnb is as pictured.

A wonderful, quiet stay during mud season. Exactly what we were looking for. 10/10

The location of this condo is excellent for ski in/out of Granby Ranch. We would walk out the first floor and jump on one of the lifts. Super convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We watched the sunset from our balcony during our late-December stay. Gorgeous!

El alojamiento de Joyce es muy cómodo, acogedor y modesto, cuenta con todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. Esta en una área muy linda, limpia y segura para caminar y desplazarse tranquilamente o si desea también hay transporte público muy cerca. Para visitas al CSU esta a minutos caminando. Después de un día de mucha actividad el alojamiento esta equipado para tomar un buen descanso, el vecindario es muy silencioso. Lo recomiendo por su costo beneficio y volveríamos al alojamiento de Joyce.

Great place to stay! Parking with a big truck was tricky as some of the parking stalls were too low for us to get in, so if the condos are full not sure where you park?

good spot to stay for a mountain getaway. not super accessible as it’s a 3rd floor walk-up but we didn’t have much to bring so it wasn’t bad for us; just as a precaution for others. the cleaning aspect was easy, though I would usually not go for something like this but we only stayed a night and it was super cheap so it was fine. would recommend for a couple nights’ stay!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!

The location of Derica's studio was perfect for our ski trip to Winter Park. We have family in Granby and Winter Park is only a 20 minute drive from there. We enjoyed the hots tubs and pool after long days of skiing. Everything in the studio was super clean, and the Murphy bed was comfortable. Although we only cooked breakfast in the room, one could easily prepare full meals in the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, spices, pots and pans were plentiful. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There were many people staying in the building, but the environment was quiet at night, and we had no issues with noise from the units above ours. We also appreciated that Derica's place is dog friendly, and she does supply dog beds, bowls, and pet waste bags. We would definitely stay at this cute little studio again!

This was our second time staying here because we love it so much. It’s super convenient to the ski resort, grocery store, restaurants and anything else you might want or need. We stayed with our pups and 5 year old and had a great stay!

Ji and Ryan have been wonderful host. Their place is very clean, well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), smart, and the area is quiet, There is a Safeway 6 minutes walk, and downtown (Sheraton area, Art Museum, etc) is only 20-25 min by foot. We felt safe, even at night. Ji and Ryan were extremely nice and went out of their way when a hot water problem happened for the whole building just before our arrival. Fortunately, all was repaired just after we arrived. They were very helpful and quick to message and reply.

Kim’s place was perfect for family. The kitchen has everything you need, beds are very comfy and you can’t beat the location. Kim was also very quick to respond when we had questions.

The location was perfect for my family. We took the Amtrak train to and from Fraser. The local bus system was super convenient from the station to the condo, grocery,and winter park for skiing. We also enjoyed convenient access to the pool, hot tubs, and laundry facilities.

Loved our stay at Isaac's. The condo is in a great location between the ski resort and the town with a shuttle bus stopping in the parking lot outside of the condo. It's minutes to the slopes and to the town. Isaac is very kind and hospitable, very responsive and caring. The condo is very well appointed with everything you might need to feel like home. Plenty of cooking gear, utensils, plates, even some small conveniences like salt, pepper and napkins - it's really like a lived-in home that you come back to. There are also plenty of towels. The furniture is comfortable and there is everything you might think of - a breakfast bar, a dining table, a huge sofa with chairs. The overall condition of the condo is not the most updated or modern, but that was OK for us, it is all in working order and clean. We would be back!

Great place for a weekend ski trip. The condo was perfect. There was a lot we liked about the condo. The hot tub, cold tub and pool were a big hit and easily accessible. We walked to town each night and enjoyed the offerings and mountain air. We drove to the resort everyday but the bus stop is handy for busier times. Scott had all the info to me prior to arrival and I had no further needs for more info. Will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us use your space.

Our second time staying here long-term - this place is unbearable for the value! We loved the neighborhood, quick access to winter park, and the gym. Marcee was professional and quick to respond. Great place!

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!

Juliana’s condo was super cute, quaint, and absolutely perfect for what we needed! We loved walking to the club house for a soak in the hot tub and splash in the pool after a great day riding (only about 7 minutes from Winter Park Resort!), then being able to walk to Hernando’s for our favorite pizza (outside of Italy!)! The condo was really clean, and had all the pillows and towels you could need. It did get toasty warm, but we just opened the windows to cool down at night. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay — we’ll be back next time we come out to Winter Park!

absolutely outstanding accommodations in such a beautiful location. thoughtfully kitted out but everything you need to have an amazing experience both during the winter if you're skiing and even if you just want to get away. it was super lovely and I would highly recommend anybody traveling through Colorado Rockies!
