We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

Only 25 minutes to Lake Placid ( home of two winter Olympics) for some of the Adirondacks best restaurants and tourist destination. There are NO trash facilities on site, so if you pack it in, pack it out!

The home is on the market, so occasional daytime showings may be requested with 24+ hours notice. We coordinate to minimize any disruption and will always respect your schedule.
