Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Contact host for docking arrangements or just enjoy watching the boats glide into the marina or take a stroll to the pier. You will have plenty of space to yourself & find the break you deserve. Football Fans, this a very easy 30 min drive to the Bills Stadium.600 feet from Private beach in great peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy gentle breezes off the lake under the covered patio or walk to the huge private beach and enjoy the sunsets! The living room and kitchen have beautiful hardwood floors and the cathedral ceilings give it a spacious open feel. The large yard is great for kids to play. Some board games and kids toys are included. This is a brand new, fresh and clean property!!

Peaceful waterfront paradise

Take it easy at this peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.
